Totally Male Limited, Jamaica’s premiere Club Spa Salon for men offering a complete range of services provided by trained female aestheticians, massage therapists and barbers is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position of:
– Front Desk Concierge (Full Time)
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must have at least 24 months experience as a Customer Service/Concierge front desk attendant
2. Between 35 and 45 years of age
3. Must be female, and add value to our company
4. Must be able to multi-task, very organized, detail-oriented, proactive and driven
5. Excellent command of the English Language both verbally and written
6. At minimum 5 CXCs. Higher education is an advantage. Proficient Computer Skills and Social Media savvy
7. Customer Service training and a passion for it with excellent telephone techniques.
8. Experience in sales and marketing and/or accounting is a distinct advantage
9. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and use initiative.
10. Happy, warm, friendly and inviting personality.
